PORTLAND, Maine — Police in Portland say many of the 78 new computers stolen from a school under construction have been recovered.

The Portland Press Herald reports police say 61 of the computers were found when they served a search warrant on a house Friday night. The other 17 computers were still missing, and police say they have likely been sold.

Police said they also seized 12 marijuana plants from the house. No one has been arrested and the investigation is continuing.

The stolen computers were 33 iMacs and 45 Apple MacBooks and were valued at $60,000.
