DEDHAM, Mass. — Dedicated, compassionate and loyal. Those are the words Richard F. Dykas II, 24 of Dedham, will be remembered by.

An estimated 300 people filled St. Mary’s of the Assumption Church Friday morning to grieve the loss of a brother, son, friend and coach.

Dykas died tragically Sunday when his Ford Ranger pickup rolled over an embankment in Penobscot, Maine, according to the Bangor Daily News.
