BREWER – Natalie K. Hamel and Marcus G. Nadeau of Brewer were married June 26, 2010, at Presque Isle Congregational Church with the Rev. Robert Grove-Markwood officiating. The reception was held at the University of Maine at Presque Isle Campus Center. Abigail Hamel of Bangor and Molly Hamel of Presque Isle, sisters of the bride, were maids of honor; Nicholas Nadeau of Washburn, brother of the groom, was best brother; Shawna (Nadeau) Bouchard of Washburn, sister of the groom, was best sister; James Strout of Brighton, Mass., was best friend; Annabelle Hamel of Bangor, niece of the bride, was flower girl; and Grant Hamel and Andrew Hamel both of Hampton, N.H., Jackson Babine and Shea Babine both of Brentwood, N.H., all cousins of the bride, were greeters. The bride is the daughter of Brian and Gail Hamel of Presque Isle and the groom is the son of Jim and Sharon Nadeau of Presque Isle. Natalie is a 2001 graduate of Presque Isle High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Maine in Orono with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. She is branch supervisor at Camden National Bank in Bangor. Marcus is a 2001 graduate of Presque Isle High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Maine in Orono with a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology and physical education. He is the physical education teacher and junior varsity soccer coach at Hampden Academy and baseball coach at Reeds Brook Middle School in Hampden. The couple honeymooned in Negril, Jamaica, and reside in Brewer.
