CONWAY, N.H. — New Hampshire Police say a driver who was charged with drunk driving after his pickup truck struck and killed a jogger in North Conway was in another accident earlier that day.

Police say 25-year-old Jacquelyn Sutton was crossing Route 16 at about 7 p.m. Saturday when she was struck and killed.

Police said 50-year-old Henry Harmon of Jackson was driving. They are looking into whether Harmon was affected by medications he was taking.

Police told the New Hampshire Union Leader that earlier in the day, police responded to a report of a “possibly impaired” man sideswiping cars. The man, identified as Harmon, passed field sobriety tests at that time.

Investigators have impounded Harmon’s vehicle and he is free on personal recognizance bail.
