EAGLE LAKE and FORT KENT – Florence (Leboeuf) Albert, 75, died peacefully Sept. 30, 2010, surrounded by her family at an Eagle Lake health care facility. Florence was born Aug. 7, 1935, in Eagle Lake, the daughter of Florent and Imelda (Dube) Leboeuf. She is survived by her beloved husband of 48 years, Louis P. Albert of Eagle Lake; two sons, Daniel P. and his wife, Deidre Albert, of Bristol and Michael C. and his wife, Sheri Albert, of Fort Kent; one brother, Jean Louis Leboeuf of Eagle Lake; two sisters, Rosemarie and her husband, Don Watson, of Fall Brook, Calif., and Gabrielle “Ezzy” Smart and her husband, Quentin, of Fort Kent; one sister-in-law, Jacqueline Leboeuf of Fort Kent; four grandchildren, Robin, Ian, Gavin and Kearston; two stepgrandchildren, Henry and Jodie; several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Emile Leboeuf. Florence’s family was her life; this reserved and dignified lady will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday until the time of service at Daigle Funeral Home, Fort Kent. Rite of passage to eternal life will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday at St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent. Committal services will be afterward at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Wallagrass.
