The Maine Ethics Commission will hear arguments today about whether the creators of a website targeting independent gubernatorial candidate Eliot Cutler should be required to identify themselves or their funding source. The case deals with Maine’s campaign finance disclosure laws but also raises a number of First Amendment issues. Reporter: Kevin Miller

With a $12.5 million grant from the federal Department of Health and Human Services, Bangor-area health care providers will collaborate to share electronic medical records. The announcement of the grant and sharing program is being made today in Brewer. Reporter: Meg Haskell
