FARMINGTON — Aimee St. Germain scored the winner with an assist from Renee Dupre 9:13 into overtime as the University of Maine at Farmington defeated the University of Maine at Machias 1-0 in women’s soccer action Wednesday.
McKell Barnes saved all three shots for the 4-3-1 Beavers.
Stephanie Wunderley made 15 saves off 16 shots for the 4-6 Clippers.
UMFK 7, UMPI 3
At Fort Kent, Whitney Sinclair had two goals and two assists as the University of Maine at Fort Kent topped the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
Jamie Nadeau also scored twice for the 8-2 Bengals. Theresa Biggs and Victoria Dubois-Iredale each had a goal and two assists. Jamie Pelletier scored a goal while Jamie Daigle and Donique Ferriera both had an assist. Liz Morneault had one save off four shots.
Brooke Long, Lainey Herring and Elena Estrada scored for the 5-2 Owls. Maryl Shaw provided an assist on Herring’s goal. Taylor Ussery turned away seven of 14 shots.
Bowdoin 5, Southern Maine 1
At Gorham, Lauren Skerritt scored two second-half goals at Bowdoin College of Brunswick defeated the University of Southern Maine.
Morgan Woodhouse had a goal and an assist for the 3-2-1 Polar Bears. Ellery Gould and Casey Blossom also scored. Kat Flaherty saved one of four shots.
Heidi DeHaan scored an unassisted goal in the second half for 3-7-0 Southern Maine. Kat Rothe stopped eight of 24 shots.
Husson 2, Bates 1 (OT)
At Bangor, Alexandra Laniewski scored from a feed from Megan Clement 7:13 into overtime to lift Husson University over Bates College of Lewiston.
Laniewski scored the tying goal with 1:59 remaining in regulation for the 7-4 Eagles. Katie McLaughlin had the assist. Rozlyn Petersen saved 11 of 12 shots.
Tina Tobin scored off a Meredith Poore assist 15:19 into the game for 2-3-1 Bates. Annie Burns recorded 11 saves off 13 shots.
UMF 4, Bates 2
At Farmington, Hattie Laliberte of Guilford and Sara Lane of Hiram each scored a pair of goals to power the University of Maine-Farmington past Bates College.
Emma Deans had two assists for the 6-1 UMF Beavers. Felisha Taylor and Sarah Brown combined for six saves on 11 shots.
Kelly McManus scored one goal and assisted on another for the 1-5 Bobcats. Lyndsay Beaton also scored a goal. Bates had no saves on six shots.
Worcester 3, USM 2 (OT)
At Worcester, Mass., Karla Rotondi scored off a Lindsey McGeary assist to lead Worcester State University past the University of Southern Maine in overtime.
Amanda Maillet and Meghan Feehan scored for the 6-4 Lancers. Samantha Janda and Sarah Cozzens provided assists. Kat Masterjohn stopped 10 of 17 shots.
Kailey Bubier had a goal and an assist for the 4-7 Huskies. Ariel Kaplan scored a goal and Rachel Trafton provided an assist. Kayla Kennedy stopped five of 12 shots.

At Fort Kent, Keith Williams scored a goal in each half to help the University of Maine at Fort Kent Bengals beat the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
Jermaine West and Henley Comrie added first-half goals for the 9-0 Bengals. Andre Anderson, Oniqueky Samuels and Walford Stewart each recorded an assist. David Girouard made two saves off two shots.
Joshua MacKinnon saved three of seven shots for the 3-4 Owls.
NMCC 2, EMCC 2 (2OT)
At Bangor, Derek Boucher tied the game for Northern Maine Community College with 5:11 left off a David Flint assist and neither team could break the tie through two overtimes.
Tyler Keuster scored unassisted for the NMCC Falcons. Chad McCarthy made five saves on 15 shots.
For the 1-3-1 Golden Eagles, Kyle Steeves scored unassisted and Scott McDonald scored on a Wook Hel assist. Erik Petersen saved eight of 18 shots.

At Waterville, John Murphy scored a goal and recorded two assists in leading Bates College of Lewiston past Thomas College.
Patrick Jackson had a goal and an assist for 3-2-1 Bates. Dan Remillard and Ethan Kass also scored. Tyler Mehegan had an assist. Brian Goldberg and Greg Watts combined for five saves off 15 shots.
Michael Greengarten scored off a rebound in the second half for 4-4-2 Thomas. Mikkail Crockwell stopped four of 11 shots.

At Farmington, Brendon Santry scored of a Dillon Clark assist 2:51 into overtime to lift the University of Maine at Farmington over the University of Maine at Machias.
Zachary Good scored with an assist from Patrick Martin in the first half for the 3-3-2 Beavers. Tennessee Peters saved three of four shots.
Pablo Salas scored off an Isaiah Eagles assist in the second half to tie it for the 2-7 Clippers. Luis Herrera and Kyle Lancaster combined for eight saves off 10 shots.
