LINROAD4: Bob Gomes [left] and Nikolaus Breeding of Wardwell Contracting Co. lay a concrete slab in a ditch along West Broadway near Kathhdin Avenue in Lincoln on Thursday. Bill Brown, a resident engineer with the Maine Department of Transportation, said he expects that West Broadway will be reopened to traffic by 7 a.m. today or by 7 p.m. tonight, depending on the weather.
