At Presque Isle Wednesday night, Jake Lassonde and Taylor Locke each scored a first-half goal and the Southern Aroostook Warriors went on to improve their record to 4-0.

Dave Dubose and Patrick Goodall each added a second-half goal for the winners and Jesse Bouiler made two saves on seven shots.

For 6-3 Wisdom of St. Agatha, Curtis Picard scored off a pass from Kody Chamberland and Nathan Oakes finished with 19 saves on 25 shots.

    Jonesport-Beals 3, DI-Stonington 1

At Deer Isle, Matt Jenkens scored two goals to lead Jonesport-Beals past Deer Isle-Stonington.

Matt Alley scored the other goal and assist on another for the 1-0-1 Royals. Marcus Smith saved six of seven shots.

Brett Gagne scored for the 0-2 Mariners, with Hayden Torrey saving five of 11 shots.

    Madawaska 2, Fort Fairfield 0

At Madawaska, Jon Lee scored off a Jacques Daigle assist with 20 minutes remaining in the second half to lead Madawaska past Fort Fairfield.

Dylan Wetmore added an insurance goal with eight minutes remaining for the 6-2 Owls. Greg Faucher had the assist. Kyle Blanchette recorded two saves on five shots.

Chris Weeks turned away 20 of 23 shots for 3-4-1 Fort Fairfield.

    Shead 2, Calais 2 (2OT)

At Eastport, John Garnett scored with 17 minutes left in regulation to help Shead tie Calais in both teams’ season opener.

Nick Barnes scored a first-half goal for the Tigers. Thomas Stanhope and Ethan Stevens combined for six saves on eight shots.

Nathan Pike and Clayton Green netted first-half goals for Calais. Tyler Morrison saved eight of 10 shots.

    Cen. Aroostook 5, LCS/MSSM 2

At Mars Hill, Dan Brewer and Brandon Anthony each scored two goals in leading Central Aroostook past Limestone Community School/Maine School of Science and Mathematics.

Derek Rusby had a goal and three assists for the 5-4 Panthers. Connor Boulier provided an assist. Ross Grass and Spencer Garrison combined to stop five of 13 shots.

Nathan Tucker scored two penalty-kick goals for the 0-7 Eagles. Chris Bernier and Josh Forsman combined to save 13 of 31 shots.

Presque Isle 4, Fort Kent 0

At Presque Isle, Isaac LaJoie scored a goal and assisted another as Presque Isle handed Fort Kent its first loss.

Jake Williams, Jake Player and Josh Allen also scored for the 3-0-1 Wildcats. Cole Richards recorded an assist. Andrew Kofstad saved three of seven shots.

Alex Charette made 14 saves off 23 shots for 3-1-2 Fort Kent.
