CORINTH – Carol Ann Walker, 63, died unexpectedly Sept. 8, 2010, at her home. She was born Jan. 28, 1947, in Milo, the daughter of Albert William and Audrey Arlene (Hoxie) Walker. Carol earned an English degree from University of Maine. She worked as a clerk for Met Life Insurance Agency in both Bangor and Ellsworth. Carol was a member of Corinth Historical Society, as well as an avid reader and quilter. She loved to work in the garden. Surviving are two sisters, Catherine Thibodeau of Islesboro, and Eloise Mooers and her husband, Ralph, of Exeter; five nephews, Christopher, Peter, Brian, Timothy and Joshua; two nieces, Andrea and Sabrina; special friends, Vicki, Sharon and Pauline; as well as her beloved cat, Betsey. Carol was predeceased by her brother, William. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Those who wish may make donations in her memory to Corinth Historical Society, P.O.
