OLD TOWN – Marion Nolan, 91, passed away Aug. 2, 2010. She was born Aug. 26, 1918, in Old Town, daughter of the late Fred and Susan (Martin) Dubay. Marion lived at the Riverhouse, Old Town, for 29 years. Her favorite things to do were playing bingo and putting puzzles together. She loved her dog, Fifi. Marion worked many places during her lifetime. She was an excellent seamstress for many years, and she worked at United Industries in Connecticut, and also worked at the University of Maine, Orono. Marion is survived by her granddaughter, Sherri and her husband, Carl Braley, of Alabama; and her great-grandson, Chris. She is also survived by her sister, Alfreda Borkowski of Old Town; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Dubay of Bangor. In addition to her parents, Marion was predeceased by her son, Arnold Senter; and two brothers, Alfred J. Dubay and Philip Dubay. Family and friends may call 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, at Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town, where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Interment will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Old Town.
