BAR HARBOR, Maine — Toby Woods collected two triples, a double, two RBIs and two runs scored to lead Calais by Portland 12-4 in state Senior League baseball tournament play Monday.
Adam Geel hit a two-run home run in the second inning for Calais. Ryan Lincoln posted two singles and two RBIs while Dylan Carter added two singles and an RBI.
Merrick Madden, Brad Pineau and Deion Roberts each hit a single for Portland.

Dirigo, Cumberland advance
At Hampden, Sawyer Pinkham’s hit a solo home run in the top of the sixth and was one of three Dirigo pitchers who didn’t allow a hit in their team’s 1-0 elimination victory over Ellsworth.
Cumberland-North Yarmouth eliminated South Berwick in the next game 6-4 to set up in elimination-round game today at 5:30 p.m. between the two winners after a 3 p.m. game between Bangor East and Camden-Rockport.
Pinkham also singled twice and Dameron Rodrigue and Caleb Barden each added a single.
Ellsworth’s Conor Maguire only gave up five hits while striking out 11.
In the second game, Will Bryant held South Berwick to two runs in five innings while striking out 12 and aided his own cause with a home run, triple and single to lead Cumberland-North Yarmouth.
Caleb Normandeau chipped in with two singles and Justin Leeman doubled.
Ryan O’Neil and Joe Franciose each hit homers for South Berwick and Parker Williams doubled.

At Ellsworth, Robert Graff slammed two triples, a single and drove in four runs to eliminate Coastal of Blue Hill and lead South Portland to the championship round.
South Portland will play unbeaten Bangor today at 4:30 p.m. and if South Portland wins it would force a second game for the title on Wednesday.
Adam Helmke chipped in with a triple, single and RBI for South Portland and Cosmo Romano doubled and singled. Zac Marles contributed an RBI single.
Connor Morey hit a two-run single for Coastal, Greg Lynde singled twice and Scott Barker tripled.

At Hermon, Jarred Brooks hit a three-run home run, an RBI double and an RBI single to help spark Scarborough by Lewiston.
Connor Kelly collected three singles, a double and two RBIs for Scarborough. Zoltan Panyi posted two singles, a double and three RBIs while Alex Dobecki and Morgan Pratt each had three singles and an RBI.
Grant Hartley paced Lewiston with a double, a single and three RBIs while Dalton Wing added a double, a single and an RBI.
