BUCKSPORT and DUNEDIN, Fla. – Aaron M. LaBree Jr., 80, passed away July 8, 2010. He was born July 2, 1930, in Bangor, to Aaron and Katherine LaBree. He grew up in Bucksport and graduated from high school there in 1949. For 35 years he worked for St. Regis paper mill as an industrial electrician. He retired in 1992 and wintered in Dunedin, Fla. In 2001 he and Frances made Dunedin, Fla., their permanent home. Aaron loved to play cards and visit with friends. Anyone who knew him would describe him as friendly, extremely honest and a loving husband and father. Friends will always remember his warm smile and great sense of humor. His happiest moments were at home and camp with family and friends. Aaron is survived by his wife, Frances LaBree; sister, Mary Ward; daughters, Linda Ford and Cathy Bourgon; son, Brian LaBree; sons-in-law, Mike Ford and John Bourgon; daughter-in-law, Deni LaBree; grandchildren, Melissa Kirkpatrick, Adam Bourgon, Heather Alverson, Erica Bourgon, April Tenney and Morgan Willinger; and great-grandchildren, Michael and Emma. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. July 13 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Dunedin, Fla.
