BANGOR, Maine — Business owners, executives, managers and professionals committed to growing Maine’s businesses and communities are invited to a two-day business conference and exposition in October.
The Accelerate Maine 2010 conference will feature six industry tracks: accounting and finance, business law, construction and real estate, health care, marketing, and research and development.
The conference will take place Oct. 1-2 at Hollywood Slots Hotel.
Pulse Marketing Bangor, the firm producing the conference, will release a full brochure by July 30. For information, visit www.acceleratemaine.com.
Accelerate Maine 2010 will feature a keynote address by Dr. Catherine Renault, director of the Maine Office of Innovation, and offer 50 sessions across the six tracks. The conference schedule is designed to generate new networks, develop fresh partnerships and reinvigorate business among participants.
“Bangor has never had a business conference of this size or breadth. Maine is long overdue for something like this,” said Cintia Miranda, Pulse Marketing Bangor’s managing director and founder, and producer of Accelerate Maine.
The conference is sponsored in part by the Bangor Daily News and the Bangor Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. For information about sponsorship opportunities or to exhibit at Accelerate Maine 2010, contact Miranda at firstname.lastname@example.org.
