DOVER-FOXCROFT, Maine — Site plan reviews for proposed additions to two separate boarding facilities will be discussed at the meeting of the planning board scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 3.

Davis Long Term Care Group has proposed an 1,800-square-foot addition to Hilltop Manor on Essex Street. The addition, which will house two bedrooms, a bathroom unit and a large activity room, will be constructed in the rear of the existing building, according to Connie Sands, code enforcement officer.

The same group has proposed a 910-square-foot addition at its Pleasant Meadows facility on Park Street. The addition will be for a common room for existing building occupants.

A home occupation-art studio requested by Julie Moonlight of Summer Street also will be discussed by the board at its meeting at the Morton Avenue Municipal Building.

The public is invited to comment on these proposals.
