Presque Isle sweeps MDI
At Presque Isle, Zac Campbell collected four singles, two doubles and three RBIs as Presque Isle swept Mount Desert Island in a Saturday doubleheader.
The Wildcats topped the Trojans 11-6 in the first game and 10-1 in the second.
In the first game, Amos Dean and Campbell each hit two doubles and two singles to lead Presque Isle. Steven Ford posted two singles and a double while Matt Chasse had a double and two RBIs.
K.J. Bailey hit a home run and a single with three RBIs for MDI. Peter Logue added a double, a single and two RBIs.
In the second game, Chasse pitched a complete game giving up one run on four hits to earn the win for the Wildcats. Dillon Kingsbury had three singles and two RBIs. Chasse helped his own cause with a double, a single and four RBIs. Brennen Shaw chipped in with two doubles.
Devin Young tallied a double and an RBI to pace the Trojans.

At Hampden, Cody Miller tossed a complete game allowing three hits and no earned runs with 12 strikeouts to lead Hampden by Skowhegan.
Nolan Turner hit a two-run triple to highlight a four-run fifth inning for the Broncos. Miller helped his own cause with a double and a single. Cooper Antone chipped in with an RBI single.
Mike Saucier hit a double to pace Skowhegan.

DI-Stonington sweeps Jonesport-Beals
At Deer Isle, Joe Condon registered five singles, two doubles and four RBIs as Deer Isle-Stonington swept Jonesport-Beals in a Saturday doubleheader.
The Mariners won the first game 19-2 and the second game 13-7.
In the first game, Jay Boyce hit three doubles and knocked in two runs for Deer Isle-Stonington. Connor Morey doubled and singled with two RBIs while Deven Haskell added two singles.
Matt Alley hit a solo home run for Jonesport-Beals. Caden Merchant doubled while Cam Harris hit an RBI single.
In the second game, Morey posted two singles and a home run with three RBIs for the Mariners. Haskell hit two singles and drove in a run.
Harold Lyons paced the Royals with two singles, a double and two RBIs. Sid Look had a double, a single and an RBI while Cam Ferris hit a solo home run. Andrew Beal chipped in with two singles.

Greenville, Rangeley split
At Rangeley, Emerson Sykes banged out a three-run home run to lead Greenville past Rangeley 16-1 in the first game while Rangeley took game two 13-2.
In the first game, Steve Bilodeau added two singles and three RBIs while Alex Jardine hit a solo homer and RBI single for the Lakers.
Jordan Richard singled in Rangeley’s run.
In the second game, Alex Rodway singled three times to drive in three runs to help Rangeley salvage the split. Zeke Hall doubled and singled for three RBIs.
Alex Jardine doubled in a run for Greenville.

Eric Ogren singled twice for the Black Bears.

At Farmington, Jordan Smith allowed one run on four hits with six strikeouts and no walks to earn the win as Brewer topped Mt. Blue.
Yuhi Sasaki hit a double and a single for the Witches while Kyle McLain chipped in with a double.
Matt Crowley paced Mt. Blue with two singles. Dylan Vining added a double and an RBI.
