BREWER – Alicia Norton, 90, died May 1, 2010, at a Bangor health care facility. She was born March 31, 1920, in Jonesboro, the daughter of James and Harriet (Look) Urquhart. She enjoyed her work as a sales clerk in different towns in various states. Alicia was an active and hard-working member of Jonesboro Union Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher and held different offices in the church. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband of 55 years, Alfred W. Norton; and uncle, Guy Look, April 8, 2010. Surviving are her sister, Julia M. Bridgham; many cousins and dear friends. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 4, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, with the Rev. Dr. George Curtis officiating. Graveside services will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Bayview Cemetery, Jonesport.
