Penobscot County jury hands up indictments

BANGOR, Maine — The following indictments were handed up by the Penobscot County grand jury on April 28:

David Adams, 28, Brewer, three counts unlawful sexual contact, three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Barbara Arno, 51, Exeter, three counts unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Robert J. Arthurs, 35, Lincoln, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, operating after suspension.

Daniel Babcock, 43, Brewer, tampering with a victim, tampering with a witness or informant, two counts violation of condition of release, domestic violence assault, theft by unauthorized taking, criminal mischief.

Tellis A. Baker, 34, Bangor, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

Cody J. Berry, 19, Corinna, two counts operating after revocation, violation of condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking.

Lawrence S. Betts, 32, Frankfort, operating after revocation, theft by unauthorized taking.

Timothy Blackwell, 24, Bangor, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Michael Brewer, 25, Bangor, two counts burglary, three counts theft by unauthorized taking, attempted burglary, two counts criminal mischief.
