RICHARD A. WONG

FOREST CITY, Mass., DUNNELLON, Fla., and CANTON, Conn. – Richard A. Wong passed away Feb. 11, 2010, of heart failure. Born Oct. 16, 1931, in Bangor, to Quoy and Grace Wong, he was an avid fisherman. Mr. Wong resided in Dunnellon, Fla., but was also well known in Canton, Conn., and Forest City, Mass. An alumnus of the University of Maine, Mr. Wong also received a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University. He was retired from Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies, where he was a financial controller. Mr. Wong is survived by his wife, Daisy; children, Pamela, Richard and Randy; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; his brother, Walter, known as Freddie; multiple nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; his son, Raymond; his sisters, Helen and Grace; and his brothers, Charles and Albert. Online memorial donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated. He was loved.
