ROCHESTER, N.H. — Two young men have died after a car crash here.

The New Hampshire Union Leader reports that 18-year-old Andrew Lane of Rochester and 21-year-old Luke Pendexter of Berwick, Maine, were passengers in a car that crashed into a telephone pole early Saturday morning. Both were thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.

The driver, 17-year-old Latoya Fletcher of Berwick, received minor injuries. Police say speed and alcohol were factors.
