Police say it appears nothing was taken during break-ins Sunday night at Monson and Greenville businesses.

A side window was pried open at the Monson Town Office to gain entry into the building, according to Investigator Jamie Kane of the Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Department. He said the office was ransacked but nothing appeared to have been taken in the break-in, which is believed to have occurred Sunday night.

Greenville police are investigating a break-in at Auntie M’s on Main Street that occurred Sunday night. Entry was gained through a side window, but nothing appeared to be missing, according to Sgt. Jeff Pomerleau.

Pomerleau said a couple of attempted break-ins also occurred Sunday night at the Leisure Life Lodge.

Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity at the two locations is encouraged to call the investigating agency.
