NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered June 23, 2009 in the action entitled Beneficial Maine Inc. v. Arnold L. Thompson and Donna Marie Nadeau, et al., by the Maine District Court, Caribou, Docket No. CARDC-RE-09-011, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Arnold L. Thompson and Donna Marie Nadeau to Beneficial Maine Inc. dated May 24, 2007 and recorded in the Aroostook County – Southern Registry of Deeds in Book 4439, Page 196, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on Thursday, January 7, 2010, commencing at 9:00AM, at Philip K. Jordan, Esq., Law Office of Philip K. Jordan, Esq., 27 Court Street, Houlton, ME 04730. The property is located at 70 Woodland Road, Caribou, Maine. The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Shapiro & Morley, LLP, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale.
