NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered August 6, 2009 in the action entitled Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007-NC3 v. Richard Grindal, by the Maine District Court, Bangor, Docket No. BAN-09-RE-059, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Richard Grindal to New Century Mortgage Corporation dated December 22, 2006 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 10783, Page 281, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on Thursday, December 17, 2009, commencing at 12:00PM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLP, 75 Market Street, Suite 505, Portland, Maine 04101. The property is located at 31-35 Pier Street, Bangor, Maine. The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Shapiro & Morley, LLP, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder.
