Applicants must send this notice to owners of all abutting property and to plantation assessors at the time of filing of the application James Folsom, for Folsom Farms owners, 43 Highland Ridge Dr., Hampden, ME 04444 has filed an application for a Road Construction Permit with the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission pursuant to provisions of 12 MRSA Section 685-B to relocate the Folsom Farms primary driveway access. The new driveway will be 2500′ long in a 33′ row with a gravel surface. A total of 1.7 acres of land area is involved in the two parts of the road. This replaces an old shoreline road in Days Academy Grant, Piscataquis County. The application will be filed for public inspection at the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission office in Augusta on Nov. 9, 2009. Written comments or requests for hearings should be sent to the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission, Department of Conservation, State House Station 22, Augusta, Maine, 04333, within two weeks of filing of the application to receive consideration.
