An Old Town resident reported Monday night that there was somebody out behind his house and when police Officer Ryan Fitch arrived just after 11 p.m., he found two intoxicated people, Sgt. Travis Roy said on Tuesday.

One of the two, Kristopher Pinkham, 20, of Old Town, who was described as extremely intoxicated, was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor by consumption. He was not arrested.

At 11:20 p.m. a man living down the street from the first incident, called police to report a man, who turned out to be Pinkham, was urinating on his car “and he could clearly see more than he wanted to,” Roy said, reading from the report. Pinkham was then also charged with indecent conduct. He is scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court in Bangor on both charges on Nov. 3.
