Police probe theft at Charleston cemetery

CHARLESTON, Maine — The Maine State Police are investigating the theft of fence posts and two gates taken from the West Charleston cemetery.

The galvanized steel posts and metal gates were taken from the Route 15 cemetery within the last few weeks, according to Trooper Christopher Cookson of the Maine State Police.
