Wayne Killam (left), caretaker at the Curran Homestead in Orrington, stands in the parking lot of the turn-of-the-century dairy farm as he recalls the history of the homestead for members of the Barn-storming Maine tour group who stopped as part of an inland auto tour Tuesday. Barnstorming members from as far away as Florida and Puerto Rico drive exotic and vintage cars, including a 1971 De Tomaso Pantera, a 1967 Jaguar E-type and a 1963 Alfa Romeo Sprint Speciale. The tour group is staying in Bar Harbor and will spend three days driving the area’s scenic roads and visiting historic sites. The group also plans to make a donation to a historic group.
