North Korea – carrot or stick?

With North Korea flaunting its nuclear weapon capability, the Obama administration is

considering tough sanctions against this so-called rogue nation. Should the U.S. work to

get North Korea’s neighbors, like China and Japan, to bring pressure? Should the U.S.

work to engage North Korea in talks? Or should the U.S. move ships into the area and

practice so-called gunboat diplomacy?
