DEXTER – Audrey L. Bickford, 80, died June 3, 2009, at a Bangor hospital. She was born March 3, 1929, in Corinth, daughter of Manzar and Alvina (Gray) Woodard. She attended Emanuel Baptist Church, Plymouth, for many years. She is survived by her husband, Hildon E. Bickford of Dexter; a son, Danny Bickford and his wife, Eleanor, of Dexter; four daughters, Susan Cash of Newport, Judy Sinclair and her husband, Louis, of Corinth, Brenda Genereux and her husband, Ed, of Dexter, and Mary Woodbury and her husband, Ernest, of Dexter; a brother, Roger Woodard and his wife, Pam, of Dexter; half brother, David Bowen of Corinna; four sisters, Betty Hazzlet, Joyce Davis, Althea Wheaton and Leola Pearl, all of Dexter; 10 grandchildren, including special grandchildren, Amy Bickford Bradley and Tracy Woodbury, both of Dexter, who cared for her in her later years; 17 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, June 8, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter, with Pastor Robert Emrich officiating. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal, Dexter.
