Warren man hits bridge while snowmobiling

CROSS LAKE TOWNSHIP, Maine — A 37-year-old Warren, man was seriously hurt when his snowmobile hit a bridge Friday night and got tangled in the bridge’s rails.

Maine Warden Sgt. Tom Ward said James Sewall was taken to Northern Maine Medical Center in Fort Kent after the 11:20 p.m. Friday accident. Sewall is being treated for serious injuries to his torso and right arm.

Sewall was wearing a helmet.
