PORTLAND, Maine — A 24-year-old member of a Boston street gang who pleaded guilty last month to running a cocaine and weapons ring between Boston and southern Maine is facing at least 10 years in prison.

Prosecutors say Stanley Jenkins sold guns in Massachusetts and distributed some to fellow members of the Franklin Hill Giants. Jenkins is to be sentenced in June in U.S. District Court for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine and dealing guns without a license.

Four other defendants have already pleaded guilty for their roles in the conspiracy. Among them is 38-year-old Patricia Morrison of North Yarmouth, who admitted to using her home as a distribution hub for the drugs and guns.
