HAMPDEN – Brandon “Kentucky” Pearson, 17, died unexpectedly Monday, Feb. 16, 2009. He was born Nov. 15, 1991, in Lafayette, Ind., the son of Larry and Kathleen (Moore) Pearson. Brandon loved to play football for the Hampden Academy Broncos. He was a member of Wicked Good Vintage Racing Club, and liked to snowmobile, skateboard and play video games. In addition to his parents, Brandon is survived by his grandparents, Helen Pearson of Scottsville, Ky., Vernus Pearson of Greenville, Ky., and Donald Moore of Ellsworth; brother, Justin O’Donnell of Portland; sisters, Jennifer Winter of Fayetteville, Ariz., Lisa McCuen of Logansport, Ind., and Stacy Raisor and her husband, David, of Logansport, Ind.; nieces and nephews, Dylan Paradise, Liesl and Daqueta Winter, Jacob and Avery McCuen, and Taylor Raisor; many aunts, uncles and cousins all over the country. Brandon was predeceased by his grandmother, Kathleen Moore; and sister, Laura Pearson. Relatives and friends are welcome to call 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 20, with the Rev.
