BINGHAM and GUILFORD – Marvin P. Davis Jr., 52, died unexpectedly Feb. 3, 2009, of cardiac arrest. He was born Feb. 7, 1956, in Hartland, son of the late Marvin P. Davis Sr. and Avis E. Davis. Marvin Jr. is survived by his son, Adam Nicholas Davis; along with his grandchildren, Kassyde and Adam, all of Concord; and his beloved, Delores Rich of Bingham. He is also survived by one brother, Larry and his wife, Pat, of Monson; three sisters, Christy and her husband, Francis, of Guilford, Cathy and her husband, Nicholas, of Sangerville and Lana and her husband, Anthony, of Parkman; as well as many nieces and nephews; a longtime friend, Maurice Pomerleau of Harmony, along with many other friends. Even in the face of adversity his courage was remarkable and he will be sorely missed by everyone that loved him. A remembrance gathering will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, at the home of his mother, Avis Davis of Parkman.
