Could Gov. Rod Blagojevich have won election in Maine?

Investigators say Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich was trying to sell the state’s Senate seat

left vacant when Barack Obama won the presidential election. The governor is also

accused of many other abuses of power. Could he have won election in Maine? Or are

Mainers savvy to that kind of flawed character? Extra credit question: How much would

Blagojevich want to sell his hair to Gov. Baldacci?
