Illegal-drug cases dominate County indictments

CARIBOU, Maine — Crimes related to possession, usage and trafficking of illegal drugs dominated the indictment list handed up by the Aroostook County grand jury last week.

The jury met during a two-day session in Houlton and Caribou and handed up 59 indictments against 57 people, according to Aroostook County District Attorney Neale Adams.

The indictments included:

Travis J. Brooker, 21, Castle Hill, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, theft.

John J. Ouellette, 51, St. Francis, operating after revocation.

Dustin C. Eastman, 22, Fort Fairfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, two counts, violation of condition of release.

Chris E. Tupper, 25, Perham, theft, criminal trespass.

Michael R. Davis, 20, Presque Isle, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Justin T. Michaud, 22, Presque Isle, operating after revocation.

Benjamin T. Sirois, 22, Presque Isle, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violation of condition of release.

Lucas Wynn, 22, Chapman, burglary, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, operating after suspension, burglary of a motor vehicle.
