WISCASSET, Maine — The local Police Department, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Maine State Police and Maine Warden Service are conducting a joint investigation and search for a missing woman.

Jessica Norris (aka Jessica Fraiser), 38, of West Alna Road in Wiscasset last was seen at approximately 3 p.m. Thursday. Norris was going out for a walk with her black Labrador puppy as she often did on the woods roads and trails near her home, according to a press release from the sheriff’s office.

When Norris did not return home after an extended period of time, her fiance contacted the Wiscasset Police Department.

K-9 teams from the Maine Warden Service and Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office have been searching the wooded area around the home with no results late Friday afternoon.
