BREWER – Donella E. Weymouth, 58, died Oct. 7, 2008, at her home after a long illness. She was born March 10, 1950, in Blue Hill, the daughter of Samuel and Virginia (Emerton) Eaton. She is survived by her parents of Deer Isle; her loving husband, Arthur Weymouth of Brewer: her daughter and husband, Virginia and Gerald Oakes of Bradley; two grandchildren, Keith and Kelsey Oakes; four brothers, Raymond Eaton, Wayne Eaton and his wife, Rosemary, Kendall Eaton, Ronald Eaton and his wife, Debbie; two sisters, Marilyn and her husband, Danny Sylvester and Wanda and her husband, Charles Haskell, all of Deer Isle; two sisters-in-law, Barbara Harris of Bangor and Donna and her husband, Alan Nelson, of New Albany, Ind.; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Mark Samuel Gifford; her brother, Bradford Eaton; and sister, Brenda Murphy. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, at Greenfield Cemetery with Pastor Randy Washington officiating. Gifts in her memory may be sent to New Hope Hospice, P.O.
