WALTER W. REYNOLDS JR. BEALS – Walter W. Reynolds Jr. 70, passed away at his home, Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003. He was born July 21, 1933, at Machias, the son of Walter W. and Elvira (Bagley) Reynolds Sr. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, stationed in Germany and was a volunteer policeman for the town of Milbridge for six years. He is survived by his wife, Helen (Hatt) Reynolds; and four sons, Randy Reynolds of Milbridge, Gary Reynolds and friend, Doris Wallace, of Milbridge, Christopher Reynolds of Milbridge, and Wade Reynolds and wife, Chastity, of Beals; a daughter, Sharon Reynolds of Milbridge; a step-son, Darek Merchant and friend, Sabrina Stewart, of Jonesport; two grandsons, Kevin and Phillip Reynolds, both of Milbridge; a twin brother, Warren Reynolds Sr. and wife, Patricia, of Wells; a half-sister, Rhoda Young of Mass.; several nieces and nephews; and a very special friend, Terry Stanhope. It was Walter’s request that there be no services. Donations in his memory may be made to Helen Reynolds, P.O. Box 214, Beals, ME 04611, would be appreciated.
