CARIBOU – Violette D. Labreck, 13, died unexpectedly, Oct. 8, 2004, at Caribou, as the result of an automobile accident. She was born at Presque Isle, Feb. 17, 1991, the daughter of Alfred and Gloria (Nicholas) Labreck. Violette was a seventh grade student at the Caribou Middle School. She was a very special and caring daughter and child that made everybody happy with a smile. Violette would try and do anything and was always looking out for everyone else. She would always be willing to help everybody. Surviving in addition to her parents, Alfred and Gloria Labreck of Caribou; are her sister, Roxanne Labreck of Caribou; and her grandmothers, Melvina Labreck of Caswell, and Doris Nicholas, of Florida. She will also be sadly missed by her friends at the Caribou Middle School. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2004, at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Hamlin, with the Fr. Andy Gosselin, officiating in a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will take place in the St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.
