ROSANA J. WHITENIGHT LIMESTONE and BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Rosana J. Whitenight, 65, died Monday, Aug. 13, 2007, in Danville, Pa. She was born Aug. 31, 1941, in Holton, Kan., and grew up in Vliets, Kan. Rosana retired from civil service at Loring Air Force Base, Limestone, in 1994, when the base closed. She was a longtime member and, for many years, president of the Women’s Auxillary of the American Legion, Unit 127, Limestone. Surviving are a daughter, Terri (Whitenight) Cook of Bloomsburg, Pa.; a son, Michael Whitenight of Millville, Pa.; four grandchildren; a bro-ther, J. Loren Lilley of Kansas. Services were held Friday, August 17, in Millville, Pa. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the Maine Veterans’ Home – Caribou, 163 Van Buren Road, Suite 2, Caribou, ME 04736.
