LINCOLN – Roberta Louise Birmingham, 61, wife of Larry Birmingham, died July 4, 2004, at a Bangor hospital, as the result of a motorcycle accident. She was born Sept. 26, 1942, in Presque Isle, the daughter of Lester and Katherine (Barnes) Kennedy. Roberta loved her work as a CNA and loved being with her grandchildren. She loved riding a motorcycle with her husband. In addition to her mother and her husband, she is survived by her children, Larry Birmingham of Pensacola, Fla., Rickey Birmingham and his wife, Connie, and Lisa Littlefield and her husband, Bryan, all of Lincoln; four sisters, Phyllis Severance and her husband, Linwood, of Lincoln, Eunice Page and her husband, Joseph Jr., of East Millinocket, Eva McGaw and her husband, Robert, of Lincoln and Ethel Clukey and her husband, Wayne, of Enfield; six grandchildren, Erica, Brittany, Ashley, Larry, Devin and Rickey; four step-grandchildren, Krissy, Katie, Steven and Dylan. She was predeceased by her father and her twin brother, Robert Kennedy. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Graveside services will be held at the Lincoln Cemetery at a later date, with Pastor William Bewell officiating.
