KENNETH L. STYMIEST

CORINTH – Kenneth “Friday” Stymiest, 68, died Jan. 29, 2008, at home. He was born May 21, 1939, in Brewer, the son of John D. and Tillie (Allum) Stymiest Sr. Ken served in the U.S. Army, Vietnam era, in Germany. He worked many years in auto body repair. He loved nature, fishing, canoeing, gardening, the coast, four-wheeling and his cats, Bobbie’s and Bozo. He is survived by one brother, Peter and wife, Sandra, of Ohio; five sisters, Georgia McLain and husband, Donald, of Newburgh, Linda McKenna of Levant, Evelyn Daniels and husband, Philip, of Corinth, Glenda McKenna and husband, Edward, of Hampden, Donna Ross and friend, Leslie Douglas, of Corinth; several nieces, nephews; and special friends, Ralph, Eddie, Ed and Tuddy, plus many more. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Allen, Gary, “Danny,” “Sonny”; sisters, Carolyn, Sharon; and very special friend, Beverly “Bev.” Graveside services to be in the spring.
