BROCKTON, Mass. – Jacquelyn B. (Corbin) Bernard, 78, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, at the Brockton Hospital in Brockton, Mass. after a period of failing health. She was born in Levant, the daughter of the late John B. Corbin and Avanelle (Goodwin) Corbin. Mrs. Bernard was a graduate of Bangor High School, Class of 1944. She resided in Stoughton, Mass. since 1956. She was the former business owner of New England Duct Cleaning Co. and New England RustCoat in Braintree, Mass. from 1960 until retirement in 1990. Mrs. Bernard is survived by her children, Richard J. Terry, Linda M. Pane and John W. Bernard, all of Stoughton, Mass.; and her sister, Charlene R. Holmes of Darien, Conn. She is also survived by two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her former husband, William S. Bernard. Funeral will be held 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27), Stoughton, Mass., followed by a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton. Visiting hours will be held 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be held at a later date in Stamford, Conn.
