CORINNA – Irving L. Brady Sr., 71, died Aug. 17, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Jan. 2, 1933, in St. Albans, son of Alfred and Alice (Bryant) Brady. In his younger years he worked as a tree surgeon and later as a drop forger for Rex Forge in Southington, Connecticut. After retirement, Irving moved back to Maine. He is survived by two sons, Irving “Jigger” Brady Jr., and Norman Brady; and daughter, Linda Lamothe, all of Meriden, Conn.; four brothers, Alfred Brady, and Albert Brady of Dexter, and Darrell Brady, and Frank Brady of Florida; two sisters, Wyonna Kimball of Dover-Foxcroft, and Helen Leahy of Florida; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Deborah Brady; a brother, Raymond Brady; and a sister, Alice Smart. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, 2004, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St., Dexter. A graveside service will follow at the Village Cemetery in St. Albans.
