FORT KENT – Emery Boucher, 82, beloved husband of Sadie (Blier) Boucher for 62 years, died April 16, 2005, at a Fort Kent hospital. He was born Nov. 1, 1922, in Frenchville, the son of Joseph and Febrenie (Pelletier) Boucher. He was a member of 4th degree Knights of Columbus Council 0352 of Fort Kent. Emery is survived by his wife of Fort Kent, 10 children, Jeffrey Boucher and his friend, Donna Buckley, of Florida, Terry Boucher and his wife, Linda, of Bristol, Conn., Dalen Boucher and his wife, Denise, of Fort Kent, Eric Boucher and his friend, Chandra Rogers, of Hermon, Linda Cyr and her husband, Carl, of Bristol, Conn., Gloria Cyr and her husband, Marcel, of Fort Kent, Diane Cyr and her husband, Robert, of Bristol, Conn., Jenny Theriault and her husband, Lee, of Fort Kent, Grace Bergin and her husband, Daniel, of Bristol, Conn., Claire Ouellette and her husband, Michael, of Bristol, Conn.; four sisters, Irene Pelletier of Lewiston, Eva Roy of Eagle Lake, Germaine Blier of Fort Kent, Noran Michaud of Columbia, Conn., and Bernice Blier of Fort Kent; 27 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; two great-stepgrandchildren, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister, Germain Blier; and four brothers, Ludger, Archie, Camille and Valiere. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, at the Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, Fort Kent, and 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, until time of services. A Mass of Christian Burial with full 4th Degree Knights of Columbus honors will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent with the Rev. Bill Labbe officiating.
