CHRISTINA M. ‘TINA’ WARD

GREENVILLE JCT. – Christina M. “Tina” Ward, 91, died June 20, 2005, at C.A. Dean Hospital in Greenville. She was born April 19, 1914, in Bangor, the daughter of Harry and Mertina (Doughty) Inman. Christina was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Edgar “Johnny” Ward. She was a caring nurse’s aide at the C.A. Dean Nursing Home for 10 years, and was an active member of the Rebekah’s. She is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Joyce and William Owens, and Janet and Malcolm Stanhope; and a son, Dale Ward all of Greenville; a brother and his wife, Carl and Fay Inman of Willis, Texas; a sister, Hildreth Crosby, of Palmyra; two sisters-in-law, Julia Warman and Betty Ward; and a brother-in-law, Walter Crossman Jr., all of Greenville; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Thelma Pullen, and Sylvia Crossman; and two brothers, Carleton and Frank Inman. Graveside services will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in her memory to the C.A. Dean Nursing Home, P.O. Box 1129, Greenville, ME 04441. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, Guilford.
