BANGOR and SOLDIER POND – Blanche (Bouchard) Nadeau, 62, died Aug. 11, 2007, in Bangor. She was born April 11, 1945, at Soldier Pond, the daughter of Albert W. and Clara (Laferriere) Bouchard. She is survived by her four children, Steven Nadeau and his wife, Penny, of Vernon, Conn., Janice Marie Nadeau of Bangor, Kevin Nadeau of New Britain, Conn., and Jason Nad-eau of New Britain, Conn.; 10 siblings, Normand Bouchard of Fort Kent, Rena Charette of Plainville, Conn., Melford Bouchard of Carmel, Wallace Bouchard of Fort Kent, Joseph Bouchard of Harwinton, Conn., Nancy Shampagne of Rock Hill, Conn., Roger Bouchard of Fort Kent, Sally Ann Siemiatkoske of Bristol, Conn., Albert Bouchard Jr. of Soldier Pond and Priscilla Jandreau of Caribou; six grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Thursday until time of service at Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, Fort Kent. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Soldier Pond, with the Rev. James Nadeau officiating. Burial will be after the service at the parish cemetery. At the request of the family, those who wish many donate in her memory to the Nancy (Bouchard) Nadeau Burial Fund, care of Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, 14 East Main St., Fort Kent, ME 04743. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
