BAR HARBOR – Anthony “Tony” C. Webster, 41, died Dec. 10, 2003, in Philadelphia, Pa. He was born Feb. 15, 1962, in Northeast Philadelphia, Pa., the son of Horatio Webster and Rose (DeNofa) Willmer. He was a graduate of Cardinal Dougherty High School. He served as a Deacon at the Bar Harbor Congregational Church. Anthony has been living in Bar Harbor for 10 years. He was the owner and chef at Anthony’s Cucina Italiana in Bar Harbor. He is survived by his beloved wife, Laurie Wellman; three children, Anthony C. Webster Jr. and fianc‚, Jessica Gartner, Isabella Rosina Wellman-Webster and Graydon Michael Wellman-Webster; his mother, Rose (DeNofa) Willmer; two brothers, Nicholas C. Webster; and sister-in-law, Patricia and Christopher J. Webster; his father and mother-in-law, Michael and Bonita Wellman; brothers-in-law, Joshua Wellman and Michael Wellman; and sisters-in-law, Megan Wellman and Tracey Wellman; granddaughter, Mia Webster. Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews and a mulitude of relatives and friends in Philadelphia, as well as his loving community in Bar Harbor. Anthony was predeceased by his father, Horatio Webster; and by a granddaughter, Abigail Webster. Friends are invited to visit with the family, 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2003, at Jordan-Fernald, Bar Harbor Chapel, 48 Eden St., Bar Harbor. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the Bar Harbor Congregational Church, 29 Mt. Desert Street, Bar Harbor, with Rev. Dr. Sandra Reed officiating.
