BLUE HILL – Abby Jane LeBlanc and her beloved dog Brodhi, died unexpectedly Dec. 25, 2004. Abby was born Jan. 24, 1978, in Ellsworth, the daughter of David and Annie (Wehncke) LeBlanc. She attended George Stevens Academy and graduated third in her Class of 1996. She was a gifted musician and loved playing her flute. Abby also attended Husson College. She is survived by her parents of Blue Hill, beloved sister, Erin LeBlanc of Bangor; maternal grandfather, John Wehncke of Chilmark, Mass.; paternal grandmother, Shirley LeBlanc of Blue Hill; great-aunt, Anne B. Seeley of South Yarmouth, Mass.; great-uncle, David N. Barus of South Yarmouth, Mass.; maternal uncle, Dan Wehncke of South Yarmouth, Mass.; great-aunt, Bunty Marshall of Swarthmore, Pa.; aunts, uncles, a beloved cousin, Chris Seeley of South Yarmouth, Mass.; a close and beautiful friend, Richard Geaghan; and friends too numerous to list. A memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Jan. 4, 2005, at the Blue Hill Congregational UCC Church, memorial contributions in Abby’s memory may be made to the Bangor Humane Society, 693 Mt.
