Grand jury indicts 55 in Waldo County

BELFAST, Maine — The Waldo County grand jury completed its summer term on Friday and handed up the following indictments:

Charles D. Blake Jr., 52, Waldo, burglary, theft by unau-thorized taking and criminal mischief.

Christopher A. Burbelo, 26, Frankfort, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor, two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor.

Marcus R. Chase, 32, Burn-ham, burglary and theft by un-authorized taking.

Selby S. Clark, 38, Palermo, domestic violence assault and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Mark Wayne Cook Jr., 22, Montville, aggravated criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

William G. Corbin, 47, Sear-sport, two counts of possession of sexually explicit material.

Christopher Curtis, 35, China, 16 counts of theft by un-authorized taking, 12 counts of burglary, three counts of at-tempted burglary and one count each of refusing to submit to arrest and violation of condi-tions of release.

Brielle Dalton, 19, Belfast, unlawful trafficking in sched-uled drugs.

Jeffrey H. Dorr Jr., 27, Friendship, two counts of nego-tiating a worthless instrument.

Wayne Scott Dostie, 35, Clinton, aggravated assault, aggravated criminal trespass and violation of conditions of release.

Harold D. Duprey, 24, Unity, theft by unauthorized taking.

Christopher L. Duval, 24, Morrill, aggravated operating after revocation after having been declared an habitual of-fender of motor vehicle laws, operating while under the in-fluence of intoxicants, driving to endanger and criminal mis-chief.

Raymond R. Fournier, 54, Belfast, aggravated criminal operating while under the in-fluence of intoxicants and oper-ating beyond license condition or restriction.

John Daniel Gagnon, 19, Sandwich, Mass., burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, attempted burglary and operat-ing without a license.

Joshua Gerry, 21, Etna, elud-ing an officer, operating after suspension, failure to stop for an officer, driving to endanger, criminal speeding and violation of conditions of release.

Richard W. Harkins, 64, Islesboro, operating after revo-cation.

Kathleen M. Hatch, 43, Pemaquid, aggravated criminal operating while under the in-fluence of intoxicants, aggra-vated driving to endanger, as-sault on an officer and refusing to submit to arrest.
